Welcome to Hi Ai Consulting DBA Hi Ai Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing https://hiaiconsulting.wixsite.com/hi-ai-travel (the "Site") or purchasing our AI-generated travel itineraries, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Hi Ai Travel provides "Advisor-grade" travel itineraries generated by artificial intelligence ("AI"). Our service is designed to provide creative suggestions, logical routing, and travel inspiration based on the data inputs you provide (destination, group size, age groups, etc.).

2. Not a Travel Agency

Hi Ai Travel is NOT a travel agency, tour operator, or insurance broker. We do not book flights, hotels, or tours on your behalf. We provide information only. Any contractual relationship for travel services (flights, accommodations, etc.) is strictly between you and the third-party provider (e.g., an airline or hotel).

3. Mandatory User Verification & Responsibility

The itineraries provided are generated by AI and are for informational and inspirational purposes only. AI is subject to "hallucinations" or outdated data.

You, the User, assume 100% responsibility for verifying all details before booking or traveling. We are not liable for any losses, delays, or damages resulting from your failure to verify the following:

  • Visa & Entry Requirements: You must verify current visa requirements, health protocols (vaccinations), and entry restrictions with the official embassy or consulate of your destination country.

  • Lengths of Stay: You must ensure your planned stay complies with local laws and your specific visa or visa-waiver permissions.

  • Pricing: All prices mentioned in itineraries are estimates. Actual prices for flights, hotels, and activities fluctuate constantly and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Event Dates & Times: We do not guarantee the accuracy of event dates, museum hours, or festival schedules. Users must check official venue websites.

  • Transportation Routes: Airplane routes, train schedules, and transit options change frequently. You must verify all logistics through the actual carriers.

  • Safety & Local Laws: You are responsible for researching local safety advisories and complying with all local laws and customs of your destination.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Wix Payments: All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service.

  • Refund Policy: Because our AI itineraries are digital products delivered instantly or via email, all sales are generally final. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your itinerary, please contact us at [Your Email], and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Ai Consulting DBA Hi Ai Travel and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content.

  • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or missed connections.

  • Issues related to visa denials or entry refusals.

  • Personal injury or property damage occurring during travel suggested by our itineraries.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Advisor-grade" logic, Site design, and branding are the property of Hi Ai Consulting. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated itinerary for your own personal travel. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit these itineraries without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
